Service and Support

Efficiency Inc., has invested in technologies that allow us to provide a remote support service.

With this initiative we will be able to respond to and begin repair much more rapidly then sending your local support technician to your office. Not all technical issues will be able to be resolved remotely. In these cases we will dispatch a technician to assist you.

This service allows support technicians to immediately begin repair on computers from anywhere on the Internet. They will diagnose and repair problems while users remain logged in.

This new offering reduces our response time which means you are back up and running in the fastest possible way.
